Are these real SIM numbers or VoIP?

Both pools exist and we label them. Physical (real SIM) numbers pass verification where VoIP gets rejected; virtual numbers cost less.

What happens if the SMS code never arrives?

The charge refunds itself. Every new number has a 20-minute delivery window with a visible countdown; at zero with no code, the money returns to your balance automatically.

Can I keep the number for more than one code?

Yes. Rentals run up to 30 days with unlimited codes in the period, and you can renew the same number.

Do you have an API for automation?

Yes. REST v1 with API keys, plus an SMS-Activate-compatible endpoint (handler_api.php) so existing bots migrate by changing the host. Webhooks push codes to your endpoint.

Can I get a refund to my card or wallet?

Refunds return to your SMS-GO balance and are reusable instantly. Balance is prepaid and non-withdrawable.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SMS-GO(the "Service"), operated by SMS-GO. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

SMS-GO rents you access to phone numbers so you can receive SMS messages, including one-time verification codes. Rentals run for a fixed period (up to 30 days unless stated otherwise) and include incoming SMS during that period. You are renting access to a number; you do not own the number, and it is returned to our pool when the rental ends.

The Service is provided "as a tool." We supply numbers and deliver the messages that arrive on them. We do not guarantee that any particular platform will accept a number or that an account you create will remain in good standing with that platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
One person, one account. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Deposits, balance, and payment

The Service is prepaid. You deposit funds before renting numbers.
The minimum deposit is $5. Deposits are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, or TON) via our payment processor.
Your balance is denominated in USD-equivalent and is used to pay for rentals.
Deposits are not withdrawable. Your balance is credit to use on the Service, not a store of value you can cash out. Do not deposit more than you intend to spend.
We are not a bank or money transmitter. Deposits do not accrue interest.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown per service before you buy and are charged at the price displayed at the moment of purchase. Prices may change over time; a change does not affect rentals you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

If a number you rent does not receive an SMS within the delivery window, the charge is refunded to your balance automatically. The full rules are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service:

to break the law in your jurisdiction or ours;
to impersonate a specific real person or commit fraud;
to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messages;
to violate the terms of a third-party platform in a way that is unlawful;
to probe, scan, or attack the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of rented numbers complies with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of any platform you use them with.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Numbers depend on upstream suppliers and mobile networks, which we do not control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination for breach, unused balance may be forfeited. If we end the Service without cause, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused balance to your account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMS-GO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, accounts, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for actions of third parties, including platforms that reject a number, upstream suppliers, mobile carriers, or payment processors.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
